Payments are due in advance by the 1st of each month. |

Billing cycle runs from the 1st of each month to the last day of each month. |

Your account will renew automatically for the entire term of your billing cycle ( monthly, bi-annually, annually) |

To cancel your RCV Net account for any reason you must inform RCV Net in writing by e-mail at billingdept@rcvideo.com or US Mail to: RCVideo Online, 429 Third Street, New Martinsville WV 26155. We do not accept telephone cancellations. In the event that we do not receive a written notice, you will be liable for the next months billing of your account and paying any outstanding balances that accrue. You must make sure that we get your cancellation of your account before the next billing cycle. |

No refunds will be issued for unused portion of service, nor can payments be transferred to another user's account. RCV Net does not provide refunds, either full or partial, to any customer that wishes to close their account at any time after the initial signup, all payments are final. |

You will receiver your monthly reminder via e-mail at your rcvideo.com address.The only exception to this is for customers using WebTV. WebTV customers must notify RCV Net of their WebTV e-mail address. If you prefer to receive a billing statement by US Mail, a $5.00 charge will apply, please submit a request to our billing department at billingdept@rcvideo.com |

Accounts are considered delinquent within 5 days of the due date and may result in immediate suspension. A $5.00 reconnection fee will apply for reinstating a suspended account along with the current months payment before the account is reactivated.. Rejection of your credit card or a returned check may result in immediate suspension. All checks returned for non-payment will be charged an additional $20.00 fee. |

RCVideo OnLine reserves the right to cancel an account for just cause. Notice of cancellation will be sent by US MAIL or E-MAIL. Just cause may include, but is not limited to, misuse of the internet by inserting obscene or threatening material. |
