Section 1
(1) To set Outlook Express up to retrieve e-mail from our server, first you need to open Outlook Express and click on Tools then click on Accounts. Your will have a couple of tabs at the top, click on the Mail tab. If you see nothing in the box, we need to setup the account on the program. If you already have an account listed in this box, please go to Section 2. Click on the Add button and then click on the Mail button.
(1a) It will ask you for your Display Name, here you can put your real name or your initials, which ever suits you best. This will be the name that is seen in the from box on your email.. Click next.
(1b) It will ask you for your e-mail address, enter your e-mail address in this box. It will be your username@rcvideo.com Click Next
(1c) It will ask you for the Incoming POP and SMTP mail server. In both incoming and outgoing fields you will type mail.rcvideo.com Click Next
(1d) It will ask you for your POP3 Logon Name and your Password. In the POP3 Account Name you will type your username, and put your password that you login onto the internet with, in the password field. Click Next
(1e) It will ask you to specify a name for the mail configuration. Put anything you want in there, i.e. Joe's Mail... Click Next
(1f) It will ask you to Choose your Connection Type. Click on Connect using my phone line.... Click Next
(1g) You should already have an RCVideo dialup Networking. Click on RCVideo.... Click Next... Click Finish to exit the setup.

Section 2
(2) If you already had an account listed in the box and you think you might have to reconfigure the setting, click on the Account Name that you need to modify and then click on Properties. Below is a screenshot of what you should see under the General Area.

(2A) Click on the Servers Tab. Both the Outgoing and Incoming Mail servers should be mail.rcvideo.com In the area where it says Incoming mail server, a dot should be in the circle that says Log On Using, the account name should be your username, and then the password you use to connect to RCVideo. Below is a screen shot of what you should see under the Servers Tab.

Click Apply and then Click OK

Congratulations, your mail configuration for Outlook Express is now complete.
