RCV OnLine exercise no control over the content of the information passing through you computer system, we only provide internet access. You must take full responsibility for your actions on your system and the systems you access through RCV Net. You must comply with whatever rules or Acceptable Usage Policies are appropriate for the systems you access. If you are offended by information you find on any system, it is your responsibility to avoid whatever you find offensive.. You must take full responsibility for the statements you make in e-mail, chat or discussion forums. If you act irresponsibly or your actions endanger our system, RCV Net may suspend your internet access at any time, without notice. The Internet does not welcome unsolicited bulk e-mail ("junk mail" or "spamers"), RCV Net has a policy of no-censorship, either from or to our system, UNLESS, the information is illegal and clearly used for fraud. We do reserve the right to monitor and approve the content of any web pages actually hosted on our server..

Account Usage:

Your account is for your exclusive and individual use only, multiple concurrent logins of the same account are not allowed at all !! Allowing others to use your account is prohibited, consider that you become responsible for the charges incurred by someone else that you have allowed to use your account. For this reason you should protect your account and password as you as you would any other personal resource such as your telephone or credit card.. Selling the use of your account to others is absolutely prohibited and is grounds for immediate deletion of your account, without refund..

E-mail Usage:

E-mail is a way to communicate to others all over the world faster than postal mail will ever be. Abuse of this form of communication is not welcome and is prohibited. Any type of bulk e-mail messages is considered as "junk mail", "mail bombing", or "spamming" and will not be tolerated on our server. Forging e-mail headers (reply-to addresses), or any other method used to disguise Customer's identity, is strictly prohibited. First time offenders will be given 1 warning on the matter and 2nd time offenders will be immediately suspended
from our service without any notice or refund of current month charges.

Resource Usage:

No communications system has unlimited resources, and we expect you to act responsibly when consuming resources on our system. The Resource Usage policy applies to any and all RCV NET resources used by our Customers, including the size of your email box. Further, Customers using RCV NET Personal "On-Demand" dial-up analog modem accounts may not run any servers, such as HTTP, FTP or MAIL, IRC, QUAKE or GAME servers. Excessive concurrent processes or processes which continue after you have logged off are prohibited. Users that stay connected for more than 6 (six) continuous hours may be subject to automatic disconnection. If this should occur while you are still on-line and interactively using the Internet, simply re-dial and login again. No connection may be used for more than 12 continuous hours - this is called "hanging" and RCV NET considers this an excessive use of our resources. If you consume excessive resources on our system we may suspend your access at any time without prior notice.

Unlawful Usage:

RCV Internet Services' network of information services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state regulation is prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. RCV Net cooperates fully with federal and state enforcement officials investigating unlawful behavior on our systems.

Unauthorized Usage:

Any attempt to access or modify unauthorized computer system information or to interfere with normal system operations, whether on the equipment of RCV Internet Services or of any computer system or network that accessed by our services, will result in suspension of your access. Unauthorized activities include guessing or using accounts other than your own, accessing information that does not have public permission, and accessing any system on which you are not welcome. RCV Internet Services, Inc. will prosecute any incident of unlawful or unauthorized usage of our systems.

Privacy/Security:

RCV Net reserves the right to resolve system problems using
means including but not limited to examining accounting logs and other records, accessing an account’s mailbox and any other means necessary to ensure proper functioning of the system. RCV Net does not guarantee the security of any data on the system including that transmitted using secure servers. RCV Net assumes no liability for the loss of private or confidential material. RCV Net customers should be aware that no computer system/network is safe from system failures or intrusions by unauthorized parties, and therefore no sensitive material should be passed through the network. RCV Net will endeavor to provide the latest security measures to offer the best possible security.

RCVideo OnLine is connected to the worldwide computer network, and provides access to the Internet for it's customers. However, this dial-up access service is provided without warranties of any kind. RCVideo OnLine does not guarantee that the use of this service will result in any benefits whatsoever. In no event, and under no circumstances, will RCVideo OnLine, the company principals, agents, employees and/or system technicians be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost savings, lost profits or lost opportunities, arising out of the use of the or the inability to use this service.
Subscribers are advised that virtually any type of information and material is available somewhere on the internet, including some information and material that may be considered objectionable by some. RCV OnLine acts solely as a gateway to the internet, and has no way of, and does not engage in the business of controlling access to any area on the internet. It shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to monitor or allow access to information/material to any user.
In no event, and under no circumstance, shall RCV OnLine, the company principals, agents, employees, and/or system technicians be liable to anyone or any entity as a result of any objectionable or inappropriate material including but not limited to pornography, commercial/copyrighted software, or any other material, that may have been retrieved from the internet through the dial-up contracted with RCVideo OnLine. The subscriber does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless any liability to anyone or any entity that may arise do to such person's or entity's access of the internet through RCVideo OnLine dial-up service.

Terms And Conditions

This service agreement covers network access to our subscriber, whether an individual or company,and does not extend to any person or corporation, including affiliate(s).
The subscriber assumes full responsibility for screening the content of information obtained on the internet, much of which was introduced by right of free speech and without authentication. RCV OnLine can not certify the accuracy or lack of distortion of any such information.Similarly, you are bound to endorse the integrity of any information you introduce to the internet.
RCVideo OnLine offers a service that is intended for lawful purposes. Transmission of material that is in violation of local, state, or federal regulation(s) is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret. Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RCVideo OnLine from any claims resulting from use of this service.
RCVideo OnLine, or another authority, may determine inappropriate usage of this account, and all use privileges may be revoked. Be advised that the internet is not a secure system and that all data is available for public access. Information of a private or confidential nature should not be placed on the internet.Subscriber must be aware that RCVideo OnLine makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, for the fitness or marketability of information obtained through this service for a certain purpose. RCVideo OnLine takes no responsibility for any damages or losses suffered by the subscriber as a result of the use of this internet service. This disclaimer includes the loss of data from delays. non-deliveries, miss-deliveries, or service interruption caused by RCVideo OnLine own negligence or the subscriber errors and/or omissions.
Use of other organizations networks or computer resources are subject to their respective permission and terms of agreement. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the subscribers account with RCVideo OnLine.
RCVideo OnLine reserves the right to cancel an account for just cause. Notice of cancellation will be sent by US MAIL or E-MAIL. Just cause may include, but is not limited to, misuse of the internet by inserting obscene or threatening material.
